Instructions for using a microscope
Step one, move the instrument to about 15cm from the edge of the experimental platform
Step 2, turn on the power of the instrument if the stage is loaded
At high altitudes, rotate the coarse focus spiral
Lower the loading platform to a lower position
Step three, if the vertical objective is not a 4x objective, rotate the converter
Up to 4x objective lens vertically downward
Step four, push the observed slide face up into the slide holder
Step 5, adjust the platform movement knob to align the specimen with the center of the light source
Step 6, align both eyes with the eyepiece
And hold the hinge with both hands for joint observation, adjust the brightness of the bottom light source to a bright and non glaring binocular field of view
Step seven, slowly adjust the coarse focus screw with both hands to move the stage upwards until you see the object image, and then use the fine focus screw
Adjust to make the object image clearer. If the observed object is not in the center of the field of view, use the stage knob to move the object to the center.
Step 8: Rotate the transducer to vertically lower the 10x objective lens and adjust the appropriate brightness for observation. Slightly adjust the fine focus screw to make the object image clearer. Use the stage knob to find the object that needs further observation. Step 9: Rotate the transducer to vertically lower the 40x objective lens and adjust the appropriate brightness for observation. Slightly adjust the fine focus screw to make the object image clearer. Use the stage knob to find the object that needs further observation.
If the observed item does not require the use of a 40x objective lens, it can be completed after step eight.
After the observation is completed: 1. Rotate the converter vertically downwards to 4x objective lens 2. Lower the stage to be 2cm away from the objective lens 3. Remove the observation slide 4. Turn off the power 5. Wipe the surface of the microscope clean 6. Move it to its original position
